隐私政策

This policy explains what data EbookGO processes, why we process it, and how you can delete your books and translation records.

Last updated: September 16, 2026
01

Data we process

Depending on the features you use, EbookGO may process uploaded files, file names, book metadata, target language, translation style, translation progress, terminology records, exported files and essential operational logs. Your uploaded books are not displayed in a public library.

02

How data is used

This data is used only to parse books, run and resume translations, generate previews and EPUB editions, show library records, diagnose errors and protect service security. We do not add your books to a public library or sell your uploaded content.

03

Third-party APIs

If this deployment enables a live translation API, text segments to be translated are sent to the configured model provider; your browser does not send the complete file directly to that provider. Its handling of data it receives is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

04

Accounts and sign-in

If you create an account, EbookGO uses Supabase Auth to manage email/password or Google sign-in. We receive the account email, user ID, identity-provider reference and session-related data needed to protect the account and connect it to your books, usage and subscription. EbookGO does not receive or read your password.

05

Payments and subscriptions

For a paid plan, EbookGO stores the Creem customer, checkout, order and subscription references, selected plan and interval, subscription status and billing-period dates so we can provide access, enforce limits and handle support. Creem processes payment details, billing information and invoices as merchant of record; EbookGO does not store full card numbers or security codes. Creem's own privacy notice applies to data it processes directly.

06

Retention and deletion

Translation progress and exported files remain in this deployment's storage so you can refresh, resume, preview and download. When you delete a book, its original file, translation cache, exports and database records are deleted. Necessary security or operational logs may be retained where required by law.

07

Your choices and rights

You can change your language and reader preferences, delete books and generated files from the library, and request access, correction or account deletion by contacting [email protected]. We may retain limited records when necessary for fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, security or legal obligations. We will not sell your uploaded books or use them to train a public model.

08

Security and limits

The reader limits script execution in previewed content and validates resource paths. You should still upload only content you may process and protect your deployment, server and API keys. No online service can promise absolute security or permanent availability.

09

Policy updates

We will update this policy when the product adds accounts, subscriptions, payments, object storage or other data-processing capabilities. Continuing to use the updated service means you can review and accept the updated policy.
