Service purpose
EbookGO provides tools to prepare, translate, preview and export ebook files for learning, discussion and personal reading. It is not a publishing, distribution, legal or copyright-licensing service.
Uploads and copyright
Only upload content that you own or are authorized to copy, process, translate and export. You are responsible for ensuring that ebooks, text, images, fonts and other materials you upload do not infringe the rights of authors, publishers, copyright holders or any third party.
If you are unsure whether you have the necessary rights, obtain permission first. Do not use EbookGO to bypass DRM, copy restricted works or expand their distribution.
Responsibility for finished editions
Finished translations may only be used within the rights you hold. Do not use them to infringe copyright, distribute pirated material, deceive others, violate applicable laws, or carry out other unlawful activity.
If a customer or user uses a finished translation for unlawful profit, infringing distribution or any other illegal purpose, that person bears full responsibility. EbookGO is not responsible for that conduct or its consequences.
Plans, payments and Creem
Paid plans are digital services. The price, billing interval, renewal terms and usage limits are shown before checkout. Creem processes the transaction as the merchant of record, and its Buyer Terms also apply to the payment transaction. EbookGO activates plan access after a confirmed payment and applies the book and source-word limits shown for the selected plan.
Refunds and subscription cancellation
Subscriptions renew for the selected billing period until canceled. You can cancel through the subscription management option or Creem Customer Portal made available for your purchase, or contact [email protected] for help. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues through the paid period. For duplicate charges or a technical failure that prevents delivery, contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days of the charge; we review requests within 3 business days and approved refunds are processed through Creem. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
Processing and deletion
To parse, translate, preview and export a book, EbookGO processes uploaded files and related data in the service environment. You can delete books, progress and generated files from your library; the related workspace and records are then cleared.
Third-party translation services
When a deployment enables a third-party model API, text segments needed for translation may be sent to the configured provider. You must also follow that provider's terms and privacy policy. EbookGO does not guarantee that third-party services will always be available and is not responsible for their independent data handling.
Service changes and suspension
To maintain security, stability or legal compliance, EbookGO may pause work on clearly infringing, unlawful, malicious or unsupported content. Features, supported formats and processing policies may change as the product evolves.
